What we offer
Same Day UK Collection & Delivery
We can usually arrange collection for the same day if we receive collection form before 12pm. Collection & delivery is a standard charge of £25. Shipping to Highlands & Islands may incur a surcharge fee -
We offer a NO FIX NO FEE service which is subject to return carriage fee of £25 and if you require machine to be reassembled there is a £30 charge.
Occasionally we will have to re-
*If no repair work is completed or you refuse an estimate drawn up by ourselves, a £25 return carriage fee is applicable should you wish your laptop to be returned unassembled back to you. If you require reassembly there is an additional £30.
Alternatively, we can recycle your laptop free of charge.
Our Warranty
We want to give you full piece of mind after having your laptop repaired by us. That's why we will give you a full 30 day warranty against parts and labour for any repair undertaken by us! This means that if your laptop fails with the same fault within 30 days we'll repair it for you free of charge!**
If for any reason it isn't possible to repair your machine under warranty, we will give you a full no quibble refund for the original repair cost less the £25 carriage charge .
New parts fitted such as LCD's, keyboards, hard drives etc.. will usually come with a full 12 month manufacture warranty. Please contact us for full warranty details on any hardware parts.
Warranty only covers repaired part and does not cover any other faults or accidental damage caused by drops, spills, etc..
**If your machine fails under warranty there will be a charge of £25 for the collection & delivery.
