Shipping
We offer a UPS shipping service which is a standard charge of £25 + VAT to collect & deliver your machine back to you. This is a tracked service. If you prefer to drop off or collect that's fine, but please contact us first.
We can arrange for your machine to be collected from any UK mainland address. Please note collection from Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands will incur a surcharge.
You only need to send the machine on its own (no need to send charger or other accessories). To fully test machine we do advise hard drive is left in the machine and any passwords are provided on the Repair Authorisation Form
Please make sure laptop is well packaged in bubble wrap or other protective material & packed in a strong cardboard box. If you have the original box then please use this.
If you would like a collection please complete the Collection Form and we will email you a shipping label that you need to print & attach to parcel.
If you prefer, please feel free to send to address shown by your preferred choice of courier service. Please ensure a tracked or signed for service is used as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing.
