“Because we don't have fancy offices or expensive overheads, we can pass on savings like that to you. Plus, our strong links with suppliers means we can get the best deals on parts.

“Of course! If you prefer to drop off and collect your machine that's absolutely fine.
Can you really turn around most jobs within 7 working days?
“Yes. Collections confirmed by 1 PM, we can usually have a courier pick up your machine that day. As long as the required parts are in stock, which they normally are, then repair should be completed within 7 working days. If the repair is urgent we do also offer an express repair service.”
I've got a software problem, can you help?
“Yes we specialise in both hardware and software faults.”
Will I know the exact cost before work is carried out?
“Yes, you will know all costs before we commence any repairs.”
The repair is too expensive and not worthwhile, what are my options?
“Occasionally it's not economically viable to repair a machine. In this case, you have a number of options. We can ship the laptop back to you, we could dispose of the machine for you and/or we could recover the data.
I'm worried about paying over the internet, what guarantees can you offer me?
“We understand that paying over the internet can still be daunting and unpredictable. That's why we offer secure payments through PayPal or BACS transfer. These facilities give you maximum peace of mind that your money and laptop are safe. Alternatively, we also accept cheques, postal order or cash on collection.”
Do you require hard drive to be sent with machine?
“For most hardware repairs like motherboard or graphics repair a hard drive is not required. For software fault repairs hard drive would be required.”
If I do send the hard drive with machine is the data safe with you?
“Absolutely! We never remove or touch your data apart for backup purposes (which we will always go over with you first.) We take data security very seriously.
